He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fender and Evelyn Fender (Guest); his sons, Allen D. Fender and Michael Scott Fender; his siblings, Beaudru and B. W. Fender (Margie); and his father-in-law Raymond Browning.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Ann Fender of Stockton, Georgia; his sons, James Daniel Fender (Jacklyn) of Stockton, Georgia and Jonathon Fender (Morgan) of Stockton, Georgia; his brother Albert Dennis Fender (Pam) of Stockton, Georgia; his grandchildren, Meagan Fender, Hunter Fender and Israel Fender; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Fender and Olivia Fender; and his mother-in-law Patricia Browning of Lakeland, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
