We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2025, at the age of 83, Wilma Irene Montgomery Carter of Stockbridge, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Gilliam and Abilene Gilliam; and her husband Harvey S. Montgomery. She is survived by: her daughters, Wilma, Gail Richardson (Scott), Penny Montgomery, Joy Roberts and Debbie Chesney; her grandsons, Aaron, Chris Roberts, Alex, Eric Dresko and Cody Richardson; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Rhett Roberts, Reese Dresko and Henry Dresko.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel (376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ward's Chapel (376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281).
