She is survived by: her children, Karen Hettinger (Wes) of Niles, OH, LuAnn Teague (Brad) of Paris, OH, John R. Donston II (Kathy) of Norton, OH and Barbara Kelly of Stockbridge, GA; her stepdaughters, Brenda Kauffman of Goshen, IN, Cheryl Outland (Roger) of LaVernia, TX, Karen McCormick (Eric) of Newnan, GA and Susan Winn (David) of Dayton, OH.; and her siblings, Kenneth Sampson (Pearl), Charles Sampson (Marlene) and Linda Harris. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
