It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Lee Mealer of Stockbridge, Georgia, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Mealer and Margaret Lester Sweet; his wife Brenda Marie Mealer; and his sisters, Betty Jo Mathis and Ruth Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Lance Mealer (Dionicio), Chris Mealer (Tara), Todd Beeching (Kimberly) and Trevor Beeching (Brandie); and his siblings, Annette Ellenburg and Danny Sweet. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
