He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ann Fralick, Robert Conway Stewart and Bobby Fralick. He is survived by: his parents, Sandy Stewart (Edwin) of Milner and Dale Fralick (Reneé) of McDonough; his grandmothers, Mary Ann McCollum and Margart Stewart; his cousin Samantha Radcliffe; and his stepsiblings, Brandi Lynn Dixon, Brittni Leigh Dixon and Blake Dixon. He is also survived by many other cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for potted plants or perennial flowers for the outdoors to create a garden in memory of Scott.
