He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Geraldine Allen; his parents, Winifred Allen and George Washington Wiggins Allen; and his brothers, Jimmy, Sammy, Wayne and Maurice Allen of Rex, Georgia..
He is survived by: his son Phillip Keith Allen (Faith Allen); his granddaughter Tara Allen; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Ava Trumpour of Newnan and Eli Brake of Peachtree City, Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
