She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Harris and Leona Harris (Lever); her brothers, Lin Harris and Reginald Harris; and her brother-in-law Ansel Crowe.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Gibbs, Sr.; her children, Donny Gibbs (Lynnette) of McDonough, Cecelia Chambers (Alan) of Eatonton, Joni Hyde (Jim) of Stockbridge, Georgia Sexton (Tim) of McDonough and Camille Mixon (Scott) of Jonesboro; and her siblings, Patrick Harris (June) of Senoia, Philip Harris (Rachel) of Honea Path, S. C. and Cheryl Crowe (S. C.) of Anderson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
