He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Juanita Culpepper; his children, Pamela Riggs, David Culpepper (Brittany) and Jason Craig; his grandchildren, Wesley, Bryan, Kaleb, Kaelyn, Hunter, Ryley and Maverick; his girlfriend Vicki Dollar; and his siblings, Eugene, Gary, Ray Connie, Tina, Nita and Ada.
In lieu of flowers Pepper asked that you donate money toward his funeral expenses.
