With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Hugh Hudgens of Stockbridge, Georgia, who passed away on October 23, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willam Elize and Mary Jane Hudgens; and his daughter Charlotte Buckley. He is survived by: his wife Opal Hudgens; his daughters, Scherry Sword (Earl) and Sharon Smith (Jay); and his grandchildren, Shannon Barnette (Kelly), Cristy McAbee (Rhett), Nicki Andrews (Mike) and Jason Smith. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mr. Leonard Hudgens to Samaritan's Purse or a charitable organization of your choice.
