He is survived by: his mother Debra Ann Cates; his wife Patricia; his daughters, Brailyn Cates, Ava Price, Brooke Bowlden and Brittney Price; his sisters, Cathy Carter (Jay) and Brandy Trotter; his niece Kylie Trotter; his great-niece Raelynn Hawkins; and his nephews, Caleb Trotter, Gavin Carter and Landon Carter.
