He was predeceased by: his father Homer Thomas; and his sister Linda McClin. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Lewis (Kristopher) and Keri Pack; his grandchildren, Jakob Pack, Jordyn Pack, Justin Lewis and Morgan Lewis; his mother Louise Harper; his siblings, Barbara Crittenden and Mike Thomas; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn, Shane, Jeremy, Kristen, Ashley and Alex. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins.
