It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Brantley of Stockbridge, Georgia, born in Swainsboro, Georgia, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Brantley, Sr. and Carrie Coleman Brantley; his wife Pecola McCloud Brantley; and his siblings, Larry Brantley and Lizzie Jordan.
He is survived by: his son Kelvin Brantley (Vellatina); and his sisters, Mae Linda Bivens and Sadie Richard Brown. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends.
