Harbin of Stockbridge, GA; his children, Joy Southerland (Gary) of Stockbridge, GA, Steve Harbin (Debbie) of Forsyth, GA and Michael Harbin (Megan) of Woodstock, GA; and his grandchildren, Chris (Molly Southerland), Sara (David Sanders), Josh (Natalie Harbin), Juli (Curtis Reynolds), Tina (Peter Hall), Jordan Harbin, Joel Harbin and Jacob Harbin. He was also cherished by twelve great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
