He was predeceased by: his father Jack H. Kelly, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Helen Kelly; his sisters, Kim Royster (Marvin) and Kristi Gambill (Phil); and his nieces and nephews, Kelsey Mruk (Zach), Griffin Gambill, Kaly Royster and Clay Royster. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
