We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2024, at the age of 87, Ernest D. Melton (Stockbridge, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Melton and Ernest "Buck" Melton; and his wife Beverly L. Melton. He is survived by: his children, Michael Melton (Debbie) and Karen Ragsdale (Allen); his grandsons, Craig Melton (Carey) and Brian Melton (Mallory); his great grandchildren, Drew, Audrey, Brodie, Taylor, Luke, Cole and Riley; his sister Dianne Vest; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Johns and Dolores Price. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
