She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom R. Cook and Bertha Mitchell Cook; her siblings, Cora B. Cook (Lucy Mae Breedlove), Enid Kate Payne (Mary Tilitha Freeman), Tommie Cook Jr. (Fred Grier Cook), Dewey R. Cook (O. Claudine Cook) and Betty Janet Skelton (C. L. Cook); and her former husband William L. Lewis (Bill).
She is survived by: her son William Timothy Lewis; her sister-in-law Joyce Cook; and her nieces and nephews, John W. "Johnny" Payne, Tony Cook, JoAnn Freeman Owens, Barbara Freeman Yarborough, Gwyn Freeman Bacon, Debbie Cook Claborn, Jane Skelton, Karen Cook Swords, Angel Cook Edwards, Judy Sorrow Bell and Brenda Wheeler.
