He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Griggs Whitford; his children, Julia Maccarone (Daniel L.) and Mark Whitford (Shannon); and his grandchildren, Aaron Cole Depa (Parik), Katie Cole, Emily Rose Maccarone, Mary Ellen Maccarone, David Whitford Maccarone, Tanner Ryan Whitford and Karlee Paige Whitford.
