Though Anna Lois may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Hefner and Mary Lou Nesbit Hefner; her husband Emmett Edward Itson; and her brother Jack Hefner of Dalton, GA.. She is survived by: her children, Belinda Shelnutt of McDonough, Karen Edwards of Locust Grove and Scott Itson of McDonough. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel (376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fairview Memorial Gardens (164 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, GA 30281).
