It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Jones Meyer of Stillmore, Georgia, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William B. Jones and Ethel Lowther Jones; her husband Raymond Brady Meyer; and her sisters, Betty Dixon and Willie Mae Steele.
She is survived by : her sons, Wes Harris (Gay) of Statesboro, James Harris of Taylorsville, William Harris of Cartersville and Greg Harris (Marta) of Saint Augustine, Florida.; her grandchildren, Jessica, Wes and Zoie; her stepgrandchildren, Nick, Roy Addison, Blake and Mary Beth; and her siblings, Mildred Evans of Midway, Katherine Cato of Hephzibah and William Jones of Keysville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorial contributions be made to the Willow Pond Senior Care Christmas Fund, 4344 Country Club Rd., Statesboro, GA 30458 in recognition of the extraordinary level of care and love provided to our mother by the staff serving heroically with immeasurable sacrifices during the current health crisis.
