He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Moricz and Irma Kipinyecz Moricz; his sister Irene; and his brother-in-law Edward Kaczmarek. He is survived by: his wife Jane Holbrook Moricz; his sister-in-law Sandra Holbrook Childs of Toccoa; his nieces, Sue Lieb (Brian) of Strongsville, Karen Sturm (John) and Andrea Dalrymple (Flay); and his nephew Ed Kaczmarek (Jeanne) of Fountain Inn.
