She was predeceased by: her parents, Bradford A. Thomas and Olivia K. Thomas (Major B. Rice, Sr.); her brother W. Jerry Thomas, Sr.; and her children, John T. Rice (Margaret), Major B. Rice, Jr. (Denise) and Katie Olivia Rice.
