She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewrel Rhoney and Etta Rhoney (Young); her husband Rome Buff; and her sister Marie Punch. She is survived by: her son Richard Buff (Karen) of Naples, FL; her grandchildren, Rick Buff (Kate) of Charleston, SC, Pamela Buff-Baker (Andrew) of Naples, FL and David Elam (Anna) of Seattle, WA; and her great grandchildren, Sean Adamczyk, Grant Adamczyk, Madeline Baker and Rome Elam.
