She was predeceased by: her foster parents, Nell Richie Kimsey and Joseph Kimsey; and her foster sister Jean Newman. She is survived by: her foster sister Floye Smith (Boyd) of Toccoa; her sister Jeannie Hill of Atlanta; her cousins, Jill, Mac Judy, Joyce Youngblood and Alan Youngblood; and also, Chad, Doreen Smith, Olivia Smith, Max Newman of Spartanburg, John David, Joseph and Anna Judy.
