He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Nick Milligan (Angie); his grandchildren, Rachel, Bradley and Trent; his sisters, Carolyn Moon and Pat Carter (Jim); his niece Leigh Anne Mazzawi (Matt); his nephews, Steve Moon (Tracy) and James Moon (Cristye); his parents, James Milligan and Laura Milligan; and his son Joseph Stacy Milligan. He was also cherished by other nieces and nephews, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends.
