He is survived by: his son Robert Steven Spencer of Panama City, Florida; his granddaughters, Nicole McAdam and Danielle Spencer; his siblings, Muriel Robinson, Stella Mooney, Ruth Spencer, Hoke Spencer and Jimmy Spencer; and his grandmother Means Payne. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
