She was predeceased by: her parents, George Grattan and May Belle Smith; and her siblings, Katherine Smith Brackett, Tom Smith, George Beasley Smith and John Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Allan Moore; her daughters, Norma Jean Stafford and Joni Keiser; her son-in-law Don Keiser; her grandchildren, Nikki Rowden (Brett), Aimee Stafford, Alex Stafford, Matson Keiser (Janina), Christian Keiser (Taylor) and Kaden Keiser; and her great grandchildren, Kole Brown, Mason and Emmy Rowden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
As Jean loved flowers, all are accepted or contributions may be made to her beloved Antioch Baptist Church.
