It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Edward Kirk of Stephens, Georgia, born in Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on November 26, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rufus Kirk and Monteen Carroll Kirk; and his brother Rufus Kirk. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Kirk of Carnesville, Bruce and Billi Kirk of Toccoa; his brother Clarence Kirk of Toccoa; and his grandson Caleb Kirk of Toccoa.
