He is survived by: his mother Brenda Rowland Moore of Elberton, GA; his children, William "Scooter" Moore of Indiana, Josh Burns of Elberton, GA and Kelsey Weiskittel of Orlando, FL; and his sisters, Paula (Robbie Stephens) and Loretta Souther of Elberton, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
