He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clyde Fulbright and Mattie Roach Fulbright; his wife Barbara Scott Fulbright; and his sisters, Myrlene Taylor, Wylene Griffin, Nina Fulbright and Harlon Fulbright.
He is survived by: his stepdaughter Melissa Hulsey Rice (Donald) of Cornelia; his grandchildren, Haley Rice and Dylan Rice; his nieces, Juanita Bolman, Tammy Andrews, Kay McGinn and Jan Crawford; and his nephew Scottie Fulbright.
