She is survived by: her husband Jerry E. Collins, Jr. of Toccoa; her children, Chloe Collins of Toccoa and Ethan Collins of Toccoa; her brother Kevin; her sister-in-law Pam Cothran of Toccoa; her aunt Lita Yow of Cleveland; her uncle Benny Cheek of Eastanollee; and her cousins, Lisa and Hal Alexander of Eastanollee. She is also survived by two nieces; many other family members.
