She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Adams and Maude Crawford Adams; her husband James Edward Ayers; and her siblings, Cyle Adams, Bonnie Faye Addison, Morene Sheriff and Henrietta Segars.
She is survived by: her brother Durward Adams of Martin; her siblings-in-law, W. T. Segars of Toccoa and Vera Mae Ayers of Thomasville; and her godson Rev. Micah Lane (Lynn) of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
