He was predeceased by: his parents, Artica T. Ridgeway and Eunice House Ridgeway; his son John Wayne Ridgeway; and his siblings, Mae Ridgeway, Lindon Ridgeway (Winder Barrow Speedway) and Gaynell Kirk Dellinger.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ridgeway; his sister Bobbie McDaris; his grandchildren, Tyler Ridgeway, Katlyn Ridgeway and Allie Ridgeway; his great grandchild Blakely Ridgeway; and his pet Lady. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and brother-in-laws and sister in laws.
