He is survived by: his wife Linda Hollingsworth McCook; his daughters, Kristi McCook (Stacie), April Lusk (Warren) and Brandy Adcock (Matthew); and his brothers, Larry McCook of California and Howell McCook of Alabama. He is also survived by his girls, grandchildren and friends.
