She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Dorsey Parker and Daphne Mitchell Parker; and her brother Teddy Parker. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Sims (David) and Jeff Hendrix (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Josh Hendrix (Hilary), Drew Hendrix (Mandy), Anna Claire Ramey (Travis), Kayla Hendrix and Parker Sims. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Carter Hill Christian Church, Bethlehem, GA.
