She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nathaniel McLocklin and Ila Mae Boyd McLocklin; her husband Joseph T. Lackey; and her brothers, E. L. "Dock" McLocklin, James McLocklin, Chester McLocklin of Euraneous McLocklin, C. W and Bunt McLocklin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
