She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Sisco and Warren Sr; and also, Ellen Purks, Sr, Warren Jr and Helen Purks, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband John Purks; her daughter Christie Purks; her sister Betty Fillingim; and her nieces and nephews, Sue Ford (Harold), Kate Purks Sandahl (Trent), Meg Purks Godfrey (Jon), Lee Fillingim (LaGina), Bob Purks, Anna Ford, Daniel Ford, Kristin Fillingim, Henson Fillingim, Jackson Fillingim, Carter Sandahl, Ben Sandahl, Helen Godfrey and Lizzie Godfrey.
The family has asked that donations be made to the Burn Foundation of America in Augusta Georgia.
