It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Turpin of Statham, Georgia, born in Royston, Georgia, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arnold Turpin and Irene Icebell McCollum Turpin. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Turpin Kight of Statham and Jason Turpin (Christy) of Statham; his siblings, Callie Turpin Smith (Ralph) and Billy Joe Turpin (Laura) of Hartwell; his grandchildren, Nicholas Profitt, Nathaniel Ross, Austin Turpin and Taylor Turpin; and his great grandchildren, Brenyn Stinson and Brylie Stinson.
