She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hicks and Celia New Hicks Sr.; and her husband Larry Stephenson. She is survived by: her children, Sam Stephenson (Lisa) of Jefferson and Julie Rhodes of Statham; her brother Charles Hicks Jr. of Braselton; her grandchildren, Michael Stephenson (Allie), Ashley Cook (Canyon), Chandler Stephenson and Tucker Rhodes (McKenna); her great grandchildren, Stetson, Emerson, Anderson Cook, Stella and Macallen Stephenson; and her pet Lizzie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
