He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Glenn Smith; and his brothers, Terry Anthony Smith and Jimmy Dewayne Smith. He is survived by: his wife Misti Dawn Smith; his children, Shelby Dawn Smith and Jerry Allen Smith, Jr.; his siblings, Kathy Frizzell, Sierra Hicks (Benjamin Woodard) and Galen Isbell; and his aunt Wanda Ables. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Tate Funeral Home (950 Mel Dixon Ln, Jasper, TN 37347). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Gilliam Cemetery.
