He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard Turner and Louise Hewin Turner. He is survived by: his son Jimmieann Rooks Turner; his sisters, Virginia Wade of Daytona, Susan Odom of Lavonia and Linda Parris (Ken) of Commerce; his nieces and nephews, Amy Odom of Lavonia, Melissa Clifton (Greg) of Bishop, Matthew Rooks (Amanda) and Benjamin Rooks (Jenelle); and his brothers-in-law, Michael Rooks of Winder and Mark Rooks (Sharon) of Florida.
