It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Dean Hayes of Statham, Georgia, born in Athens, Georgia, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Hayes and Nora Bell Sauls Hayes; and his wife Eugenia Howard Hayes. He is survived by: his son George Douglas Pinion, Jr. (Leslie) of Talmo; and his grandchildren, Logan, Kaden and Tate Pinion.
