He is survived by: his children, Scott Owen and Mary "Cissy" Greeson; his grandchildren, Charles Hampton Owen, III, Brett Owen, Amber Glenn (Nic), Harley Elizabeth Owen and Keleigh Cheyenne Greeson; his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Henley, Hollyn, Lakelynn, Millie and Ricky; and his brother Hamp Owen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (755 Atlanta Hwy SE, Winder, GA 30680). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Smith Memory Chapel (755 Atlanta Hwy SE, Winder, GA 30680).
