He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Bazemore and Mary Pearl Bazemore; and his wife Phyllis Anna Boykin Bazemore. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Bazemore (Melissa) of Statesboro, Mike Bazemore (Sarah) of Bluffton, SC and Nick Bazemore (Jennifer) of Statesboro; his grandchildren, Whitley Bazemore, Lauryn Bazemore, Brooks Bazemore, Lane Bazemore, Kevin Michael Bazemore, Jodi Ellis, Amber Minick (Jeb) and Brooke Dickey (Dakota); his great grandchild Harper Dickey; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Cameron and Daryl Rose.
