We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2022, at the age of 76, Wendell Best (Statesboro, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Olin Morris Best and Esther Barnes Best. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Best; his children, Raina Mallard (Jason) of Portal and Jason Best of Statesboro; his siblings, Janell Akins of Statesboro, Wayne Best (Sally) of Guyton and Alan Best (Debra); and his grandsons, Zach and Eason Mallard of Portal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 4025 Friendship Church Road, Statesboro, GA 30458.
