With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Olin Brown of Statesboro, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on January 1, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Brown and Winnie Ruth; his stepfather Joseph Owensby (Sylvia Ann Brown); his sons, Stephen A. Brown, Kevin Lee Brown, Gregory Brown and Gary W. Collier; and his daughters-in-law, Darlene Collier and Dominique Shultes.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Brown of Savannah, GA, Richard Collier of Cheyenne, WY, Gale (Joe DuRant) and Donna (Kevin Creasy). He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
