It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Ivey Phillips of Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her fathers-in-law, Eugene Talmadge Phillips, Sr., Orrie Mae Ivey (Maternal Grandmother) and Russell Therrell Ivey (Maternal Grandfather); and her brother-in-law Anthony Shane Phillips. She is survived by: her parents, John Patrick Ivey and Catherine Overstreet Wise; her daughter Shelby Erin Phillips; her husband Tad Phillips (Junior); her mother-in-law Georgia Ann Phillips; her brothers, Melvin Ivey and Kyle Ivey (Casey); her siblings-in-law, Travis Phillips (Jackie) and Tonya Phillips; and her nieces and nephews, Patrick Ivey (Debbie), Payton Ivey, Wyatt Ivey, Allison Phillips and Wynne Phillips.
