He is survived by: his fiancé Sarina Brannen Mingle of Statesboro; his children, Alivia Dailey (Carter Marshall) of Buford, GA, Kaitlyn Nesmith, Megan Nesmith, Breeanna Daughtry and Payton Mingle; his mother Sherry Nesmith; his siblings, Randall Driggers, Gary Cooper, Chris Cooper and Wanda Driggers; and his grandchildren, Gannon Dailey of Buford and Leeanna Dailey of Buford.
