She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Collins and Lillian Collins; her husband Paul H. Smith, Jr.; and her sons, Larry and Tony Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy S. Neville (Simon) of Statesboro; her daughter-in-law Tammy Smith of Statesboro; her grandchildren, Clint Smith of Arkansas, Sabina S. Cone (Jason) of Statesboro, Saralyn N. Leonard (Alex) of Maryland, John Neville of Statesboro, Raymond Paul and Anita Smith of Kansas; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Morgan, Emily Cone of Statesboro, Lily Leonard of Maryland, Cassie and Delilah Smith of Arkansas.
