He is survived by: his significant other Amie Smith; his children, Dyshan Smith of Statesboro, GA, Nichole Smith (Al) of Charlotte, NC, Alisa Cross of Elkton, MD and Raybon R. Smith Jr. of Stafford, VA; his goddaughter La'Deidra Hamilton of Metter, GA; his siblings, Thelma Byrd (James) of Statesboro, GA, Margaret Harris (Henry) of Savannah, GA, Mike Smith of Portal, GA, Elmo Smith of Statesboro, GA and James Carlton of Statesboro, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Edna Fields (Willie) of Riverdale, GA, Glenda Walden (Rufus) of Jonesboro, GA, Brenda Brown of Union City, GA, Lauretha Lewis of Statesboro, GA, Ada Wilkerson (Sam) of Statesboro, GA and Mamie Holloway of Statesboro, GA. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
