He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Scott; his children, Jakalen Howard of Macon, Tyrese Foreman of Swainsboro and Ranneshia Roberson of Swainsboro; and his siblings, Carl Lockett of Macon, Thomas Lee Lockett III of Birmingham, AL, Teresa Foreman of Miami, FL, Denise Rollins (Dewayne), Jessica Lockett of Macon, Regina Stokes of Swainsboro, Carolyn Lockett of Swainsboro, Angie Danford (Clarence) of Swainsboro and Pamela Miller of Atlanta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and close friends.
